About Us

Amplify Agency was founded in 2019 by Sheena Madden.

With a background in journalism and a career spanning the arts, music, and entertainment industries, Sheena brings a wealth of expertise and passion to the heart of Amplify.

Built on the values of integrity, authenticity, and hard work, Amplify has grown into one of Ireland’s most well-regarded PR agencies. Today, the agency represents an impressive roster of clients, including Universal Music Group, Claddagh Records, Singular Artists, Royal Irish Academy, and more. From celebrated artists like Mary Coughlan, Denise Chaila, Ailbhe Reddy, Christy Moore, and Gemma Hayes to emerging talents, Amplify continues to support creative visionaries and help them find their audience.

Sheena’s career began in journalism, where she wrote about music, arts, and social affairs before joining RTÉ Radio’s press office. There, she earned two New York Festivals Awards for her work as a radio documentary producer and writer, while managing high-profile partnerships and working on iconic events like Eurosonic and Electric Picnic. After further honing her skills in strategic communications for NGOs, lifestyle brands, and public figures, Sheena returned to her passion for music and the arts by establishing Amplify Agency.

Sheena recently completed her postgraduate certificate in Creative & Cultural Entrepreneurship at Trinity College Dublin, graduating with first-class honours. Guided by her expertise and a strong ethos of building relationships and getting things done, she has shaped Amplify into a trusted partner for clients across the arts and entertainment sectors.

At Amplify, we specialise in crafting stories that resonate, forging meaningful connections, and driving impactful campaigns. Whether working with established names or rising stars, we are dedicated to making their voices heard.
